For organizations

Support for the families you already support.

CuidarConAmor doesn't replace your team's work. It holds the family between one visit and the next, which is where almost all the caregiving actually happens.

Let's talk

What it brings to your organization

  • Takes weight off your team

The repeated day-to-day questions — how to handle agitation, what to do about meals, how to organize medications — are answered inside the app.

  • Families arrive better prepared

Instead of "she's been odd lately", the caregiver arrives with a record of what happened and when.

  • Continuity between visits

What you work on in consultation holds at home, with routines adapted to the stage.

  • Reach without travel

Families in remote areas receive support without having to travel.

Where the content comes from

The guides, the staging scale and the warning criteria were reviewed by Octavio Builes, a nurse and co-founder of the project, who also cared closely for a relative with Alzheimer's.

That content is fixed and you can review all of it before recommending us. If your team thinks something should be adjusted, or finds a topic missing, we'll listen and change it. We want what your families read not to contradict what you tell them.

About AI-generated responses

The app also includes a support feature that generates responses using artificial intelligence. Those responses are produced in the moment of each conversation, they are not written in advance, and so we cannot guarantee word for word what they will say or submit them for prior review.

They are meant to accompany and to organize care, never to diagnose or prescribe, and they always refer the person to a healthcare professional when the question calls for it. Even so, it's worth knowing before you recommend us: it is a support tool, not a clinical source.

If a family receives a response your team finds inappropriate, we want to know. That's how it gets better.

How we start

  1. 1

    We talk

Half an hour to understand which families you support and what they need.

  2. 2

    Pilot with a small group

We start with a few families, at no cost for the agreed period.

  3. 3

    We review together

We look at what worked and adjust before expanding.

  4. 4

    We expand

With special terms for the families who come through you.

About families' privacy

Each family controls its own information. Your organization has no access to anyone's records unless a family explicitly authorizes it and invites a member of your team into their circle.

You can read the detail in our privacy policy.

Let's start with a conversation

No commitment and no sales pitch. You tell us what your families need and we see whether this fits.
