What you can write to us about
- Activating your subscription. Let us know about the payment and we activate it the same day.
- Help with the app. If something isn't working or you can't find a feature.
- Your data. To access, correct or delete your information.
- Associations and care homes. Take a look first at the proposal for organizations.
If you're facing a medical emergency, don't write to us. Call the emergency services in your country. We are not a healthcare service and cannot handle urgent situations.
